VALIDITY PERIOD

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
If more than 30 days have passed since your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unused,

  • in the same condition as when you received it,

  • and in its original packaging .

Certain types of products cannot be returned , including:

  • perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines),

  • intimate or hygiene products,

  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Non-returnable items:

  • gift cards,

  • downloadable software,

  • certain health or personal care products.

To make a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase .
Do not return your item directly to the manufacturer.


REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.


LATE OR MISSING RETURNS (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. First, check your bank account.

  2. Next, contact your bank card company; the refund may take some time to be officially posted.

  3. Then contact your bank: an internal processing time is sometimes necessary.

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS (if applicable)

Only standard-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.


EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace defective or damaged items.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned product.
Once the return is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the original purchaser received the order before gifting it to you, the refund will be issued directly to the original purchaser.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable .
If a refund is granted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.

The delivery time for your exchange may vary depending on your place of residence.

For any item worth more than €75 , we recommend using a tracked shipping service or shipping insurance .
We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
